myHE is an internal single sign-on and application portal operated by Hindustan Enterprises for its staff. It is not a consumer service and is not open to the general public.
Solely to authenticate you, grant access to the internal applications you are authorised for, deliver one-time verification codes, and maintain security and audit records. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
One-time verification codes are delivered over WhatsApp using the WhatsApp Business Platform, or by SMS. We send these only to a number you have entered yourself. We do not send marketing messages.
Account and audit records are retained for as long as your account is active and for as long as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers. Credentials and sensitive values are encrypted at rest.
